Here is his HostGator shared hosting review:
I would like to say a very well done to all the staff at Hostgator. They could not get any better at the way they provide their top class support.
The way that they help you, for example, i was trying to upload a file more than 10mb on "Gallery", and one of your support techs helped me resolve the issue and told me how to aviod it, such as programs i could use - The support is not just about the hosting side, i love how your staff take it to the next level!
I wish that the gallery would allow me easier access to post larger files, but at least I have a work around.
The hosting side is alright. I love the features that Hostgator provide, whereas other hosts are just out for profit, Hostgator offers an average set of usable features. Just don't try to put a busy forum or something, shared can't handle.
Friends that need basic hosting with not too much demand I recommend HostGator shared too. Otherwisde, they should get VPS or dedicated.
